A culmination of gospel music history by Tim Cantrell and Johnny Walker
Tim is from Hodges, AL and has been involved in the music and recording industry most of his life. He brings with him a keen ear and a vast array of skills from mixing audio (and cakes) to Graphic Design. Add in several years of photography and videography and even some web design and you have ... well ... you pretty much just have a person that knows a little about a lot of things. But it works great for podcasting, right?!
Johnny is from Marion County, Alabama. He has been involved in music for most of his life. Johnny began singing at a very early age and also learned to lead congregational singing about the same time.
He started band in 5th grade and continued with it through the rest of his schooling. As a teenager, he learned to read shaped notes and can lead by "singing the notes" - which is quite the skill!
Johnny has traveled to multiple states to lead congregational singing in many different locales.
